First Degree Black Belt Grant Roberts owns Flow State Jiu Jitsu in Cabot, AR. Join him at Grindstone Jiu Jitsu as he teaches a “Leg Entanglement Series”. This seminar will implement takedowns to heel hooks, leg entanglements and a “flow drill” which will teach you to flow from one attack to another.
